  • We do not accept AI generated pictures as an entry.
  • Ethical requirements: Animal welfare is priority. You should never do anything to injure or distress any animal, or destroy their habitat when taking a photograph.
  • Honesty: Your photographs must be an honest representation of reality and must not deceive the viewer.
  • Legal compliance: You are responsible for ensuring full compliance with any applicable national or international legislation.
  • Permissions: You are responsible for securing any relevant permits (and in the case of photographs including humans, the subject’s permission) and they must be made available to us if requested.
  • Intellectual property rights: You must be the sole owner of the copyright of the photograph(s) submitted

Ownership of the copyright in any entry will remain with the copyright owner(s). By entering the competition, you grant TRI the right to use, reproduce, and publicize your submitted photograph(s) in any medium, including and not limited to physical copies (e.g., TRI promotional materials), digital copies, and on social media. Credit for photographs will be used where possible.
