Abstract:
As ELTI plans for its future, the team is developing a 10-year strategy. My summer experience will involve facilitating the process of developing a new organizational strategic approach and updating ELTI’s monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) framework, and conducting an ELTI alumni survey to learn about the impacts of its training and Leadership Programs via an ELTI alumni survey.
